Reviews for this release

This product is simply amazing. Sebastian has picked up where Microsoft left off many years ago by creating a product that facilitates easy add-in creation in .NET that interfaces with multiple versions of office and solves many of the problems associated with the MS interop library. Simple put, unless you plan on writing a C++ or VBA add-in, this library is a must. Great work!

This project is simply awesome!!! I was able to convert an Outlook Add-in from VSTO to NetOffice within 1 day using Visual Studio 2012. NetOffice has SOOOOO many benefits such as 1) Support for many versions of Office without any need for recompling, 2) Can deploy as "per-user" add-ins where no admin rights are required during installation. Deploying VSTO add-ins require admin rights ;(

Excellent work! This framework fulfills its promise and provides a better alternative to VSTO in most cases. Support for workbook level add-in and Ribbon designer can make it even more useful.

It's an excellent toolkit. It's very simple to create an Office Add-in and the support is very good. NICE WORK!!!!!

Very nice framework. But there should be much more support for the deployment of Add-Ins (for example a wizzard). The described way with an "Installer Project" isn't very sophisticated. In comparison the deployment of an "Visual Studio for Office"-Addin with a Publish Wizard is very easy and without problems.

This toolkit is absolutely brilliant. I converted a considerable amount of VBA code to automate interactions between MS-Project and Excel to C#, and haven't looked back. During the conversion, we moved from Office 2010 to 2012, and it was a seamless transition as well. What a fantastic project.

Downloaded 1.5.1 RC & ToolBox 1.1 (I only need to bypass outlook security message) added a reference, set a property, and hey presto It works fab. I get fed up telling people to download clickyes and this is by far a more elegant solution - Top Marks !! Bob
