Where is 0.9.4 of the developer toolkit?

I'm experimenting with C# Express and as per documentation it refers me to the development toolkit for project creation activity. But I cannot, for the life of me find 0.9.4.

No worries... Things got a lot easier when I switched computers. Not sure why the other one was funky, but the 'fresh' computer got things working pretty easily.

Interestingly enough it looks like C# Express 2010 does work with the wizard.

From the MSDN Magazine: http://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/magazine/gg535675.aspx
"Note, however, that the Express versions of Visual Studio don’t support extensions"

My first mistake was, i dont give a hint for this problem in documentation and installation. a looot of e-mails was the result.
BTW: SharpDevelop doesnt support custom wizards at all. I hope the new Developer Toolbox is helpfull here :-)
